    As a Recruiting Coordinator you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume and/or hard to fill positions for PeopleScout’s RPO clients. The Recruiting Coordinator will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by the client. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the Recruiting Coordinator must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identifying, qualifying, and submitting candidates by using proactive sourcing and recruiting techniques including, but not limited to job boards (including diversity, industry, and military-focused sites) as well as Boolean searches, referrals, social media and networks
    • Collaborating with sourcing/recruitment partners to understand role requirements and client expectations
    • Managing daily information/candidate data tracking in the ATS and generating reports
    • Building a global database of candidates
    • Providing partners / clients with regular updates on work status and progress
    • Building client brand by creating an excellent candidate experience
    • Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction
    • Resolving problems
    • Engaging in job market mapping research
    • Building up sourcing & recruitment knowledge

    Requirements:

    • Fluent English (C1 level)
    • Experience in using computer applications (MS Office is required) and internet resources, including social media
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with others
    • Self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to build strong relationships                               
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Flexibility in a fast paced setting  
    • Spotless record and strong ethos

    Additional experience (not a must):

    • Fluent German (additional allowance for German speakers)
    • Experience in HR, Recruitment, Administration, Consulting, Researching area would be an asset
    • Prior knowledge in the area of sourcing, selection, and recruitment processes & tools would be an asset
