Your responsibilities

  • Supporting recruiters with pricing and offer management process for candidates (preparing salary packages, preparing and distributing offer letters)

  • Contract preparation

  • Other administrative tasks as required

  • Workload management – dispatching daily tasks within the team

  • Ownership of the group mailbox

  • Contacting internal and external stakeholders and candidates by phone and email

  • Working according to the service levels agreements (SLA) and compliance standards, escalating where necessary

  • Supporting Senior Specialist and Team Leaders in ensuring that data integrity, accuracy and SLAs are met by the team

  • Ownership of the Operation Manuals and other process documentation

  • Conduct process reviews and make suggestions for improvements.

  • Coordinate any ad hoc projects

Our requirements

  • Fluency in French and English – both verbal and written (at least B2+/C1 level is a must).

  • Previous experience (around 2 years) in a similar role or in recruitment administration, office administration area – ideally in contract or offer preparation.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and experience in managing team workload.

  • Strong customer focus, pro-active and positive approach.

  • Attention to detail, excellent communication, organisational, problem solving and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to effectively work in a team as well as individually.

As a Recruitment Administration Specialist with French you will work as a part of a team of Specialist to support recruitment teams from administrative perspective. You will be assisting in offer management and contract preparation process, but also be responsible for supporting your Team Leader in overseeing daily activities of the team, including workload management, ownership of process documents and being a local point of escalations.

We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a similar position or possessing a similar skillset, with fluent knowledge of English and French.
