The purpose of the role is to work directly with AMS and Client recruiters to provide them with best administrative support in terms of interview scheduling process as well as supporting other admin tasks as requested. As a Specialist in the team, you will also act as one of the main points of contact for all queries relating to the service provided and become a Subject Matter Experts in operational scope.
You will be working as a part of a close-knit team supporting our Client – MSD – in the Benelux region but also cooperate with wider group of international colleagues based in Poland and UK&I.
We are looking for candidates with some initial experience in HR, administration or customer service and speak excellent English and Dutch. You will be provided with comprehensive training and a buddy, who will help you in your first weeks with AMS.
Managing interview scheduling process
Ensuring all interview documents are collated and provided to candidates and Hiring Managers in a timely manner
Initiating background checks in the systems
Day to day contact with HMs, internal & external candidates - by phone and email
Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, making sure they are constantly up to date with the process.
Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports when required
Ownership of shared inbox, workload management
Ownership of process and Operations Manuals, being the main Subject Matter Expert for operational processes
Fluency in Dutch and English – both verbal and written (min. C1 level) is a must
Strong attention to details and accuracy are a must
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with high-level stakeholders
Previous experience in HR, administration, scheduling or customer service would be an asset.
Ability to effectively work individually as well as in a team
