Have very good communication skills
Daily interactions with stakeholders in Arla would demand excellent English skills, written as well as spoken
As you will be handling a lot of recruitments, you need to be able to keep cool and stay on top of your tasks
Experience in recruitment/sourcing/ employer branding
A Social Media and Digital enthusiast
Educational background in areas such as psychology, journalism, management, linguistics, marketing, sociology

Global Shared Services consists of multiple functions that are all placed in the Neptun building in Gdansk – with colourful offices and a beautiful sea view.
