Manage and monitor end-to-end recruitment activity for the specific work stream, distributing roles, managing SLA's, coverage and ensuring tasks are picking up in a timely manner.
Drive the companies’ candidates experience agenda
Support recruitment delivery, with the goal of delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Monitor industry best practice and identify opportunities for On Air to remain competitive in the current market to ensure we can attract the best talent and build an ongoing pipeline for future vacancies
Dealing with general team queries, providing continuous support.
Attending weekly/monthly performance reviews with the Head of Recruitment and senior stakeholders to feedback on performance
Various reporting tasks, utilising Workday to pull and analyse key data such as live numbers, recruiter activity and placement reports.
Closely monitoring SLA's and coverage, ensuring that areas of concern are addressed with speed
Champion the organisations vision and values through leading by example in operational excellence, professional behaviour, and high standards of work
Ensure the experience delivered to our candidates is underpinned by an excellence in customer service.
Working on ad Hoc recruitment projects as needed.
Drive our diversity and inclusion recruitment goals.
Support the transformation and digital evolution of the recruitment function.
Strong working knowledge and Applicant tracking and Talent Management Systems
Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and practises
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics
Experience of using recruitment marketing techniques and tactics
Strong personal management of time-management
Strong Communication skills – ability to communication with people both written and verbal
Confidence - networking and interacting with a variety of team and stakeholders. You are expected to speak confidently to candidates, hiring managers, your co-workers, and experts in many different industries and sectors.

Academic qualification: in Psychology, Marketing, PR, HR or equivalent, an advantage
