  • These are just some of the topics you could discuss with colleagues during 30-60 minute long coaching sessions.

  • This is a really unique, client facing role where you will deliver excellent recruitment advisory, build your own network across the company and develop coaching skills.

  • You will work as part of the wider Internal Mobility team, cooperating with other Interview Preparation Consultants and Career Transition Recruiters.

  • Please be advised that this role requires hybrid working also from AMS office, therefore it is posted for Kraków and Gdańsk.

  • Provide bespoke 121 coaching sessions tailored to individual expectations and needs of internal Barclays stakeholders

  • Provide guidance and support in building career goals and development plans

  • Support in updating talent profiles and building internal talent pools in order to proactively match internal talent to available opportunities

  • Help internal candidates with interview preparation, CV review and CV writing

  • Identify process improvements

  • Produce timely and accurate management information, keep system updated

  • Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives

  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Our requirements

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment or in HR function

  • Interest or experience in a coaching/mentoring/advisory role

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels

  • Fluency in English both written and spoken

  • Psychological background would be an asset

  • Some flexibility to adjust your working hours to support different time zones (within limits_
