The Role

Happy to say we have a great reputation of Internal Mobility service and currently we are looking for Recruitment Coach to join our global solution within the well-known company (finance sector).
Location: Kraków. Please kindly note the role is fully remote only during the pandemic, originally the location is Kraków.

In this role you will:

  • Provide bespoke 121 coaching sessions tailored to individual expectations and needs of internal Candidates
  • Provide guidance and support in building career goals and development plans
  • Support in updating talent profiles and building internal talent pools in order to proactively matched internal talent to available opportunities
  • Help internal candidates with interview preparation, CV review and CV writing
  • Identify process improvements
  • Produce timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
  • Ensure that we’re delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment, coaching or in HR function (around 2 years)
  • Interest or experience in a coaching/mentoring/advisory role
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment & handling many calls
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Psychological background would be an asset
  • You’ll be asked to support different time zones so flexibility in working hours is required
