Leading full life cycle of recruitment process,
Business development, sourcing new clients, maintaining existing accounts,
Effective selecting of candidates and full support throughout the recruitment process as well as after hire,
Effective sales process; ensure that all potential sales opportunities are maximized.
Fluent English and at least one of the following languages fluent/native: German, Hungarian, Dutch, Bulgarian or Czech,
At least 2 years of previous recruitment experience OR professional experience in B2B sales-related positions (ideally in real estate / property / retail / hospitality),
The ability to build effective relationships with clients & candidates,
A positive & hard working attitude,
A bright & outgoing personality,
Proven business development skills.
