Your responsibilities
source, identify and develop candidates through multiple channels including online resources such as interbal/external job boards and associations, social/professional networking sites etc.
managing the whole recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
meeting and evaluate the candidates for each positions depending on the requriments of the client
build and maintain proactive relationships with candidates
proactively conduct research and investigate innovative ways to identify new candidates
Employer requirements
active individuals with recruitment or HR experience and excellent networking skills
committed to build strong client and candidate relationships
excellent knowledge of Ukrainian (min. C1) or/and Russian (min. B2)
excellent knowledge of English
target and sales oriented professionals with the ability to motivate themselves to succeed through systematic actions
excellent communication skills
working in recruitment or HR company will be an asset
knowledge of Polish will be an asset
