We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our expanding High-Volume Recruitment Team. Our client is a global leader in electro-mobility and the world’s most valuable automotive brand with the mission of accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
AS A RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR YOU WILL:
- Act as a primary point of contact to Recruiters and help them with administrative tasks,
- Be responsible for interview scheduling,
- Handle onboarding activities; contract preparation, gather all necessary documents from candidates.
TO PERFORM THIS ROLE SECCESSFULLY, YOU NEED TO:
- Be a fluent German Speaker (to be able to schedule candidates for interviews and onboard them),
- Have previous experience in administration or/and customer service,
- Be a Team-player with a positive can-do attitude, ability to think outside of the box, and readiness for challenges.
