Your responsibilities

  • Coordination of E2E Attract to Hire process along with building positive candidate's experience and strong partnership with hiring managers;

  • Candidates screening & interviewing;

  • Maintaining and developing candidates database;

  • Creation of job adverts content and graphics in cooperation with Marketing Department;

  • Sourcing and attracting passive candidates according to current recruitment needs;

  • Being a point of contact for candidates, hiring managers and board within all recruitment process phases;

  • Delivering support for supervisors, board and admin team in smooth realization of onboarding process for newly hired employees;.

  • Coordination and supporting external and internal Employer Branding activities (i.e. cooperation with academic organisations, organization and participation in job fairs, business conferences, internal events for employees, referral program)

  • Taking part in internal projects and initiatives

Our requirements

  • Min. 1 year of experience in talent acquisition area; preferably 3 years;

  • Familiarity with SSC / BPO / GBS environment;

  • Very good English skills;

  • Very good communication skills and ability to manage information flow within recruitment stakeholders;

  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work independently;

  • Adaptive and positive approach to changing business environment.

  • Experience in recruitment within Finance, Accounting, and Consulting areas will be an advantage
