Recruitment Coordinator

Pontoon needs a person just like you who enjoys taking on administrative tasks and running with them. Someone who is quick thinking, detail oriented and appreciates keeping matters in order. You will be a collaborator who can approach tasks with a sense of urgency not only to support your team members but the customer as well.  

General Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and selecting best Candidate applications,
• Contacting recruitment suppliers to share feedback about Candidates,
• Taking part in spotlight and intake calls,
• Entering Candidate data into the system, 

Requirements:

• 6 months of experience in recruitment or HR area,
• English language on good level (B2),
• Ability to visit office every 3 weeks (for 1-2 days)
