Your responsibilities

  • Provide a professional, confidential, administrative, and advisory HR support service

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers, Recruitment Team and HR function to manage all recruiting activities

  • Assist in interviews scheduling and processing onboarding as required

  • Act as point of contact to all recruitment related queries especially to provide positive candidate experience

  • Provide system and process related support to business to provide positive hiring manager experience

  • Manage HR recruitment records to achieve data quality over HR systems in use

  • Engage in HR and HR Operations initiatives

Our requirements

  • Relevant experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (in person, online, phone)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize as well as to work independently and in a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook e-mail/calendar system

  • Fluent Polish , English enabling efficient communication

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Job Description

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the execution and delivery of recruitment activities in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.
