Your responsibilities

  • Effectively manage, coach and drive engagement of your team

  • Ensure excellent quality of service contributing to client retention and expansion

  • Accountability for pipeline management of work to ensure all teams are resourced sufficiently clear succession and contingency planning

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the team, identifying development needs and nurturing a pipeline of talent. You'll also matrix manage stakeholders in a number of locations outside of Poland

  • Ensure implementation of solutions into recruitment delivery teams is fit for purpose, ensuring accounts are stabilised post go live

  • Proactively drive ongoing refinements of PeopleScout operating models to meet changing demands

  • Ensure processes used are fit for purpose and drive maximum efficiency

  • Being part of a senior management for the office, actively contribute and drive discussions beyond own remit

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of current and future recruitment practice and principles, applying these in day-to-day activity and knowledge-sharing across your networks

  • Support new business opportunities as and when needed in the form of written and in person support at pitches

Our requirements

Getting under the skin of every client challenge is crucial to delivering the types of results that have resulted in many loyal partnerships and plenty of repeat business. To make the most of this deeply interesting role, you'll have significant experience of leading and delivering client recruitment projects. You'll also have:

• 8+ years of recruitment experience (RPO, inhouse, agency)

• Strong leadership skills

• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence at various levels of organization

• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships in a global, diverse environment

• Solution-focus, being able to solve issues of the day as well as respond to complex, strategic queries

• Analytical mindset with ability to understand metrics and drive through data

• Experience of preparing reports and statistics on recruitment activities

• Understanding of CRM & ATS systems

• Good public speaking and presentation skills

• Critical-thinking and assertiveness where needed

• Passion for recruitment and people

The Role

The primary purpose of the Delivery Director is through effective team management, ensure successful delivery against all recruitment delivery requirements in our Volume operation. This is achieved through holding effective relationships with key internal client stakeholders to understand client demand, through workload and capacity management, team performance management and data led insights.

Working together with our client teams, the Delivery Director will drive delivery strategies to ensure our SLAs are achieved, our clients' expectations are surpassed and our teams are supported to perform at their best. Delivery strategies and solution design will be based upon recruitment best practice, market conditions and data insights which will ultimately ensure we maintain prosperous relationships with new and existing clients.

On a day-to-day basis you will manage a team of 40+ through Team Leaders and Team Managers. You will set priorities, then stay close, supporting with a proactive style to ensure we meet our client commitments and surpass expectation. You will have a primarily internal focus but you will be expected to support client interactions where required and will be an SME for account expansion and new business opportunities, supported by our Sales and Solutions teams.

You will be part of a senior management for the site reporting directly to Country Head. You will have an opportunity to contribute beyond your day-to-day remit and along with other leaders drive the growth of PeopleScout Poland.
