Your responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end back office and IT recruitment processes (Your tasks will require you to be independent in leading a recruitment process, however you don't have to be familiar with technical roles yet. If you want to start your journey in the IT industry, we are happy to introduce you to our world)

  • Cooperation with various business units leaders in the area of recruitment (Our managers are a bunch of really cool people, open to collaboration and new ideas. We expect the person who joins us to be their partner and provide solid support)

  • Care for the Candidate Experience (We strive to make the hiring process a great experience for everyone, regardless of the outcome. Your role here will be invaluable)

  • Support implementation of the EB strategy (We have already developed a base for image- building activities, and we are working with a great agency. If you join us now, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of our EB strategy from the get-go)

  • Organize internal EB activities (We strive to understand employees’ needs and actively seek ways to create employee commitment and satisfaction. We count on your support).

Our requirements

  • Experience in recruitment (Minimum of one year as an independent end-to-end recruiter)

  • Full fluency in business English (C1 level proficiency is an absolute must. Our clients are English-speaking, so part of the recruitment processes is done in this language)

  • Public speaking skills and willingness to work with various teams (As a person supporting internal EB processes, you will be organizing team-building activities etc. We are looking for someone who loves collaborating with others and spreads positivity)

  • Efficiency and proactivity (We provide onboarding, continuous help and support. However, we are looking for a well-organized person who takes ownership and loves to tick off his/her to do lists 😊. In return, we offer a lot of independence and the opportunity to implement your own ideas).


  • Experience in the IT industry (Working in IT can be fascinating and rewarding, but there are some industry-specific principles and quirks you will have to follow. Candidates often have different expectations than people in other industries. Experience in this area will be your strong asset.)

  • Experience in EB processes (The more you already know about EB, the easier it will be for you to take on increasing responsibilities in this area. However, we have a strong agency support so enthusiasm and willingness to learn are more important to us than extensive knowledge.)
