The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in development of SSC structures and taking care about visibility of brand on the local market.

Our Client is an international well-recognized company, which have developed its stable Center of Excellence for few years. For their Talent Acquisition structure located in Wroclaw we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist


  • Conduct extensive searches to generate candidates for open vacancies in SSC entity,
  • Conduct proactive cold recruiting methods to generate passive candidates,
  • Contact with vendors and hiring managers to meet their needs and analyze market possibilities - advise about quality, talent availability, market conditions and expectations,
  • Conduct phone and F2F interviews and contact potential candidates
  • Initiating and managing employer branding activities
  • Participating in on-boarding process,
  • Creating internal communication standards,
  • Screen and select candidates based on requirements that will meet the hiring team's expectations,
  • Conduct briefing discussion about roles for a good understanding of the role and its requirements,
  • Address, react and/or solve unusual or sensitive issues with knowledge of the field and the company,
  • Maintain the accuracy of the complete hiring process,
  • Develop and maintain a database of candidates.


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in the field of Psychology/ HR-related,
  • Fluency in English is must have,
  • Previous experience (minimum 3 years) in recruiting/employer branding,
  • Strong customer service skills are required,
  • Strong teamwork in the multinational environment.
