Recruitment for

For our client - an international company from the BPO area, we are looking for a Recruitment Manager - CEE region.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead a team of recruiters to execute on meeting the hiring demand, strategies related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and partnering with business leaders and internal stakeholders on long-term TA strategies
  • Develop, drive, and deliver the global hiring plan that is comprehensive – sourcing strategies, marketing/branding priorities, recruiter metrics/measurement, Hiring Manager collaboration, and process management
  • Perform recruiting capacity planning and balance hiring resources (Corporate Recruiters, Contract Recruiters, agencies, etc.); Manage KPIs, improve system-level processes, and leveraging digital automation and integrations
  • Leverage data insights, research, and industry better practices to evolve and transform the way talent acquisition is delivered
  • Build, engage, coach and develop a team of high-performing Talent Acquisition professionals in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment. • Implement and maintain strategic workforce planning to forecast hiring needs ahead of time and cultivate a talent pipeline accordingly to reduce time to fill and improve quality of candidates
  • Leading Poland recruitment but also be involved in Global TA initiatives like Employer Branding, development of relations - internally and externally, Strategic planning at global level

Employer requirements

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in delivering full life cycle recruitment services in a complex business environment (experience in BPO/consulting industry will be an asset)
  • Extensive and proven experience in stakeholder management and relationship building
  • Great communication skills and ability to produce meaningful management information
  • Experience and passion in managing a recruitment team
  • At least 4 years of budget management experience
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills (organizing own and teamwork)
  • Working English proficiency spoken and written (C1)
