Lead a matrix-managed team of experienced recruitment marketeers, as a center of excellence, with digital marketing strategy, enablement and execution.
Responsible for the candidate attraction and engagement strategy for Amazon & Logistics business across Europe.
Collaborates with countries to improve and drive consistencies for activities encompassing the candidate journey.
Drives the marketing strategy and innovations that optimize the end-to-end candidate experience.
Actively engages with Amazon stakeholders together with the Adecco Operational team to influence the co-creation of processes that embed automation, employer branding and candidate value proposition.
Central POC for Amazon marketing stakeholders, pipeline activities and escalations.
Oversees marketing planning, creative, budget & reporting to ensure optimal pipeline and delivery on recruitment KPI’s.
Works with operations and country teams to drive best practices & areas of improvements within the full candidate journey to reinforce Adecco as the employer of choice. This may include attraction, apply process, candidate touch points, hiring event dynamics or content, associate onboarding protocols and engagement.
Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the candidate apply landing pages – to include development of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Liaison with numerous Adecco stakeholders and teams to manage implementation of key priorities or solutions that enhance the user experience.
Champions NPS to actively measure our service delivery to Amazon and puts forth action plans to improve metrics.
Acts as mentor and provides guidance to local marketing experts, such as fostering a community of experts and onboarding support.
Fluent in English. Other European language, such as French, German a plus.
Background in marketing and/or the HR sector, preferably across multiple countries.
Experience in online marketing campaigns and/or delivery of large-scale recruitment campaigns, processes, tools and channels highly valued.
Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC).
Strong understanding of core marketing technologies that include CRM, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, and Web Analytics.
A strong desire to implement and master new technologies that push automation.
Track record in managing the customer experience (candidates, associates and/or clients).
A passion for data driven decision making and analytics.
Attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
