    Working in the position of  Recruitment Partner you will assume responsibility for entire recruitment processes, partnering with the Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners within Client’s structure to ensure effective recruitment for local requirements. You will be proactively managing the recruitment process from requisition to placement across multiple client entities on our Client account. You will also set out and executing of the recruitment strategy for each project,  get a deep understanding of client needs and advising on local labour markets, manage stakeholders' expectations. You will manage external suppliers (staffing and head hunting agencies). Among your responsibilities will be Identifying improvement areas, proactively suggesting and driving changes aimed at process optimisation and driving the recruitment processes in order to deliver top quality candidates in a timely manner.

    We are looking for multilingual and dynamic professionals who are currently working in a staffing environment and wishing to progress into a key client management role.  Previous experience in recruitment agency or RPO company is essential (ideally in managing global end to end recruitment processes). Experience in dealing with very senior stakeholders in an international environment (different geographies, time zones, etc.) is a big asset. As a member of the International Team you need to be fluent in English and French. In addition you have a proven talent for communication and relationship building, you have great time management skills, you are well organised and able to work under pressure
