Your responsibilities

  • Independent management of recruitment projects mainly in the area of Revenue (sales, marketing, merchant success) and Finance & Administration in Poland and abroad

  • Coordination of HR processes including recruitment planning, recruitment process improvement, onboarding, offboarding, employer branding, learning & development, etc.

  • Continuous improvement of candidate and employee experience

  • Working closely with the business to understand recruitment and development needs, among others

  • Preparation of reports and summaries on ongoing recruitment and HR projects

Our requirements

  • You are comfortable with recruitment and selection of candidates for sales and marketing departments, you are familiar with sourcing tools and best practices in this field, and you like to reach for non-standard solutions.

  • You already have 2 or 3 years of experience in HR, in senior roles in the recruitment area, on the corporate side. You are looking to develop into an HR Business Partner, or already have experience in this area.

  • You have experience in leading HR projects.

  • You have an interest in the business in which you work, so you are able to provide strategic HR support to the departments under your care.

  • You are able to assess the competencies and aptitudes of a candidate according to criteria agreed with the hiring manager.

  • You are a person who establishes relationships quickly and you love to talk to people.

  • You are fluent in English.

  • You have a college or University level degree in: HR, psychology, sociology, or a related field.

  • You are familiar with employment law.

  • You are an independent self-starter.

  • You thrive in a dynamic work environment.

  • You like new challenges and hate monotony and routine.

  • It’s great if you also speak German.
