The Digital Sourcer works as part of the sourcing team and is responsible for actively sourcing and digitally engaging with candidates to create a warm, qualified short-list of candidates for the Recruiter or TABP. Their candidate out-reach activities are typically done using digital/text methods to communicate with the candidate pool to assess interest and suitability to the role. Their objective to encourage candidates to apply to the role or be prepared to speak further to a Recruitment Specialist or TABP
Responsibilities:
• Performs searches on sourcing channels and databases for qualified candidates and sends out notifications on the role opportunities
• Assess the candidate pool against pre-prescribed criteria via resume/profile review
• Promotes the role opportunity with suitable candidates to encourage to apply
• Submits candidate short-lists to the TABPs or Recruitment Specialists for review and share relevant candidate insights
• Contributes, through excellent delivery, to high client satisfaction levels with the service to promote positive NPS scores, references and case studies from the account

- Good working proficiency in computer skills and MS Office
- Fluency in English
- At least 1 years of recruitment and/or research experience, ideally with digital sourcing and/or screening expertise in either an in-house, RPO or agency role
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Previous experience in RPO environment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques
