We are looking for Recruitment Specialist with strong focus on technical competences for our Maersk Drilling office in Gdańsk. As a Recruitment Specialist you will be part of the Location HR Team which provides highest level of service to our Employees. In your role you will be responsible for recruitment process and full onboarding of newcomers as well as offboarding. You will be in close cooperation with the team members as we promote close collaboration and providing support to each other. You will work closely with hiring managers cross-functionally to ensure smooth and high quality of recruitment process. Candidate and employee experience are crucial for us – we will provide you with tools and needed support to make it happen.
