Recruitment Specialist – Global Early Talent Programme

Your responsibilities

  • Reviewing and applying improvements to the existing Early Talent recruitment process (as a part of a project team)

  • Engaging and maintaining relationships with relevant universities, career centers, student societies etc.

  • Leading campus teams at relevant events, ensuring staffing, branding and support

  • Coordinating the recruitment process for Early Talents roles

  • Proactive candidate sourcing

  • Managing, tracking and reporting the candidate pipeline in multiple locations

  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience

Our requirements

  • Fluent English

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle (preferably including graduate programmes)

  • Experience in working in international environment

  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills (including senior level)

  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight timescales

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong attention to details

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt style to relevant audience

  • Proactive behavior that demonstrates initiative and positive work ethic to ensure activities are delivered to the required time, budget and quality

  • Utilizes all available resources and tool sets to investigate and resolve problems and ensure the most appropriate solution is identified

  • Great teamwork skills

Join the game-changers:

The Early Careers Recruiter will report into the Talent, Leadership and Development Lead and will be accountable for full-cycle recruiting of entry-level talent (graduates and interns) to our global Early Talent Programmes in Poland, UK and SA. In this role, together with the Early Talents Programme Manager and recruitment team, you will contribute to the design of the recruitment strategy for the programme in key global locations and take responsibility of the recruitment process.
