For rapidly expanding e-commerce sector, we are looking for a Recruiter who will join the HR team for our Client, a well-known multinational e-commerce leader.

Recruitment Specialist - Home Office Based

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Managing customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment
  • Cooperating with hiring teams
  • Building a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research
  • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process
  • Participation in special projects/recruiting initiatives (e.g. external and internal sources of talent)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 6 months of experience in recruitment
  • Fluent English (both in writing and verbal)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to proactively network and execute recruiting strategy (candidate management, diversity sourcing)
  • Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
  • Corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
  • Knowledge of any other European language would be an asset
