Your responsibilities
- Leading recruitment processes, coordinating new hire approvals, screening applications, setting up interviews, follow-up with candidates and processing background checks when needed.
- Conducting effective recruitment using various techniques, tools and channels for selection and recruitment including social media, networking events and job fairs.
- Partner with stakeholders to focus on the identification, engagement, and recruitment of engineering professionals for crucial and hard to fill roles.
- Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates.
- Bidding for candidates, negotiating working conditions.
- Use different sourcing approaches for passive candidates.
Our requirements
- An experienced and highly driven recruitment professional with 3-5 years of experience from a similar position with a genuine passion for finding the best talent in tight labor markets.
- Have experience and knowledge in conducting recruitment, search and selection using various channels, tools and methods.
- As you will be working with different nationalities, we emphasize that you are fluent in English, both written and verbal, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are structured, proactive and able to handle your tasks and responsibilities independently.
- Have strong problem solving and analytical skills and a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Are a resourceful self-starter with an ability to operate with limited information.
- Motivated by joining an organization characterized by a fast pace and high ambitions.
- Have the ability to prioritize and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
