Your responsibilities
- Running complex recruitment projects for different positions
- Building strong and positive relations with Hiring Managers and team members, same as building positive candidates’ experience
- Delivering regular reporting
- Process improvement initiatives
Our requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in running complex recruitment processes
- Communicative command of English and Polish language
- Willingness to work in dynamic environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
- MS Office skills
- Creative and proactive approach
- Very good communication skills
