Your responsibilities
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portal sites
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, portals, etc.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Taking part in recruiting & employer branding events, such as job fairs, career events, open days, meet-ups, etc.
- Developing strong relationships and partnerships with project managers, team leaders, and other teams to effectively address recruitment needs
- Assisting with other HR responsibilities and ad hoc projects as assigned
Our requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong level of recruitment experience, min. 2 years (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- BPO industry knowledge
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: confident in conducting telephone and video calls and working with managers at all levels of the organization
- Highly organized, reliable, and always keen to help
- Great attention to detail
- Happy and able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent level of Polish and English, both written and spoken
