Your responsibilities

  • Engage with Senior Managers to understand their hiring requirements and create job descriptions

  • Attract and source high quality talent using a variety of methods e.g online job boards, websites, professional networking, referrals, etc to ensure a continual pipeline of prospective candidates

  • Manage and execute the full recruitment life-cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer negotiation ensuring exceptional candidate experience

  • Liaise with HR Advisor and HR Manager to prepare offer paperwork and local administrator for onboarding requirements

  • Promote methods of direct recruitment to reduce recruitment costs

  • Maintain and update recruitment tracker, prepare and provide weekly reports to internal stakeholders on the status of their open vacancies

  • Advising on global mobility and “Right to Work” status

  • Any projects assigned by HR Manager, appropriate to job level

Our requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English

  • Strong experience in managing end to end recruitment processes

  • Recruitment Agency and/or in house Recruitment experience

  • Strong customer focus and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast paced, entrepreneurial organisation.

  • Experience using a variety of recruiting methods, such as social media website and job boards

Optional

  • Experience with real estate, consulting and technology services

  • German language proficiency

  • Basic HR Experience

Job Purpose:

Newmark is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist. Working with Senior Managers, the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the growth plans of the European business by taking ownership for the complete Recruitment and Selection processes for Europe.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to define business needs and develop and deliver recruitment strategy to meet those needs. You will be an experienced recruitment specialist with the ability to work independently to achieve successful outcomes.
