Your responsibilities
- leading an end-to-end recruitment process
- identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
- building talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- contacting passive candidates
- providing relevant feedback and develop appropriate candidate experience
- reporting projects status and your achievements
- leading client relations to boost positive experience
Our requirements
- experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- experience ideally in recruiting for Business Services Sector (Finance, HR, Procurement, mid / back office functions ideally)
- strong client focus and business understanding
- excellent communication skills and ability to build partnership with candidates and clients
- lasting relationships with candidates, clients and teammates
- fluent English is necessary (C1 at least)
