Recruitment Specialist

Employment contract in Warsaw (Inflancka 4A)

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist, who knows IT market and would like to join our inhouse Talent Acquisition Team. In our organization you will play an important consultative role for business leaders supporting them in matching the right people with the right roles and teams.

After morning coffee you will be: 

  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes focused mainly on IT roles, however with very diverse profiles
  • Defining search strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback sessions, negotiating with, and hiring top talents for a number of different teams and levels
  • Partnering with managers to effectively drive recruitment that fits the business needs
  • Providing consultative guidance and market expertise for many stakeholders
  • Influencing, educating and managing internal and external stakeholders' understanding of the importance of cultural fit
  • Acting as a Trusted Advisor for candidates ensuring excellent candidate experience
  • Identifying limitations of the recruitment and sourcing processes and implementing new ideas to improve that processes
  • Developing and implementing innovative techniques to seek new ways to recruit candidates
  • Collaborating with EB on employer branding activities such as (online & offline) campaigning, conferences, meet-ups, etc.
  • Contributing to other HR projects and processes with a focus on recruitment and ensuring desired employee/candidate/manager experience
  • Managing candidate database and recruitment system

We want you in our team if you:  

  • Have minimum 3 years of experience in managing independently end-to-end recruitment processes for IT profiles
  • Have proficient English skills, both written and spoken
  • Have a higher education of relevance (ideally business, IT, marketing, psychology or sociology)
  • Have a strong and proven sourcing skills (direct search, social media and innovative sourcing strategies)
  • Have an experience in conducting various tests and providing feedback (nice to have)
  • Have an experience in negotiating offers
  • Have the knowledge about recruitment and talent acquisition standards and trends as well as a deep IT market understanding (including its challenges)
  • Have an experience in working in an international, dynamic and ambiguous environment
  • Are able to build relationships with many different stakeholders on all levels in the organization
  • Are able to work in cross-functional (and cross-boarder) teams
