Your responsibilities
Searching for candidates using innovative tools and methods - social media, databases, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.
Conducting a screening process to ensure that applicants match the required criteria
Leading candidates through the immigration process
Responding to candidate’s queries
Reviewing documents with accordance to immigration requirements
Close cooperation with the internal departments and business partners in the international environment
Other tasks as required
Our requirements
Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships
Well-organized, analytical, and decision-making skills
Motivation, ambition, and drive to succeed with a patient attitude
Being open to new ideas, changes
English level B2 or higher
Knowledge of other languages will be an additional advantage
Experience in working in the sourcing and recruitment field
Experience in working with documentation – attention to details
