Recruitment Special (Talent Acquisition Partner) with German

You’re a Talent Acquisition Partner and you play a key role in driving candidate engagement and through executing proposed recruitment strategies drive candidate’s traffic. You are accountable for delivering suitable candidates, sourcing and attraction approach to ensure this meets the client requirements through the use of variety of media. You effectively manage the candidate talent pool, conduct phone calls, long-list and short-list relevant candidates based on business needs and role specifications, provide relevant feedback and reporting activities. You’ll be the key contact for every candidate matter for currently open roles as well as potential future opportunities through talent pools. You will cooperate with other team members who will introduce You to the client. Your expert observations will be Hays voice when educating customer about talent landscape, recruitment trends and challenges. Accompanied by 360 Recruitment Partners You will be exposed to Germany, Luxemburg and Turkey markets.
