DNV Global Centre Talent Acquisition Section in Gdynia drives all recruitment activities across Business Areas in more than 26 countries. Our professionals are actively identifying talents, providing market intelligence as well as collaborating with local agencies, partnering with People Managers to support growing business needs.
We are seeking a Recruitment Team Leader for our GSS Talent Acquisition team based in Gdynia, Poland.
To succeed in this role, you should be a caring and respectful team player with a flexible and adaptable approach, and a customer-centric mindset. You will lead a team of recruitment professionals, working closely with DNV Business Area Managers and Regional Advisory teams across Europe, executing end to end recruitment service and staffing plans for dedicated units.
A Recruitment Team Leader succeeds through others and therefore a strong focus on people, willingness to share knowledge and support would be crucial. In this role, you will also play a key role in carrying out some of the global projects within GSS HR.
In your role you will:
• Work closely with GSS HR Managers, Business Area Managers across Europe by guiding all involved parties transparently through the process
• Manage a team through coaching, monitoring performance and individual development goals of direct reports and ensuring necessary training is received
• Implement the recruitment strategies to drive business goals around the quality of hire, cost per hire, direct sourcing, time to fill, employer of choice brand
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing solutions to ensure a sufficient pipeline of candidates is generated to satisfy workforce plans
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with HR and Hiring Managers in relation to talent sourcing and recruitment activities
• Manage the relationships with our recruitment and employer branding preferred suppliers and other external organizations
• Acts as a Project/ Process Lead for the local or global GSS projects
• Promotes service delivery and customer-centricity culture mindset
Proven track record of managing at least 5 employees within the recruitment, preferably in SSC /RPO sectors (Finance, IT, HR)
Ability to manage and participate in multiple projects, priorities, and client groups, manage timelines, and escalate issues as needed
Experience in building and maintaining relations with Senior Leadership Teams
Experience in Employer Branding Campaigns and recruitment marketing elements would be a plus
Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills, enjoys information, turning data into intelligence with insight, delivering results that have a positive impact on the business
Experience with developing impactful people related key performance indicators (KPIs) ensuring they are at or above standard on people analytics
Ability to monitor and interpret the effectiveness of people related practices and processes experience from HR-related project
Demonstrated change management experience; Able to challenge the status quo and promote innovative ideas; Display the drive and determination to make a difference; Ability to think ‘outside of the box’
Fluent in English.
