On behalf of our client, one of the world’s leading provider of talent management solutions, we are currently looking for ambitious and motivated candidates who will hold the position of Recruitment Team Leader.

Holding the position of Recruitment Team Leader you will take full responsibility for delivery and development of the on-site effectiveness of your entire team. The ideal candidate will be expected to manage and lead a team of recruiters and sourcers through proper work allocation and the performance appraisal process. Additionally, you will set daily, weekly and monthly targets for recruitment processes, being accountable for their fulfillment and maintain a high standard of employee engagement through training, coaching, motivation and education. Furthermore, you will be a key point of contact for the client, offering them advice and resolving difficulties and escalations with diplomacy and negotiations skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a track of recruitment expertise together with proven supervisory experience. Fluency in Polish and English is required. Previous experience in the financial industry will be a big asset. You should have strong interpersonal skills with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within company clients together with outstanding communication skills. Moreover, you should have significant leadership skills. Pro-activeness and solution-orientation towards the team and clients are key.
