For our Client, international company based in Warsaw, we are currently looking for a candidate to work on a position of Recruitment Team Leader with German
This role contains:

- managing a team of recruiters
- ensure that the services delivered meet the timelines, quality and service level expectations of the business
- motivate and support development plan for the team
- sourcing, selecting and recruiting candidates for various positions levels
- carrying out interviews, coordinating all stages of recruitment processes
- cooperating closely with hiring managers and global recruitment team
- searching candidates internationally
- running candidates’ attracting projects, representing company during various events
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:

- university degree (preferably HR/psychology)
- fluent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- few years of experience as a recruiter in international company and min. 1 year of experience as TL/Supervisor/Coordinator
- ability to work with deadlines, in fast moving environment
