Recruitment Team Leader with German

Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership and coaching to a team of recruiters to ensure process adherence, recruitment efficiency
• Monitoring and prioritizing the team workload
• Understand the business requirements and translate into a solution based recruiting strategy
• Process improvements in line with best practice and innovative recruitment procedures
• Conducting mentoring and development activities for employees
• Preparing necessary reports
• Recruiting selected senior key positions in collaboration with hiring managers
• Close working relationship with HR Managers from clients company

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader of recruitment team
• Experience in managing and coordinating processes in a high-volume recruitment environment
• Demonstrable track record of implementing strategies and solutions that had a true impact on daily work
• Proficiency in German (at least C1)
• Very good command of English (at least B2)
• Knowledge of recruitment standards as well as tools and methods of assessing candidates
• Hands – on attitude
• Communications skills and strong customer service mindset
• Systematic and efficient time management, used to work for a deadline
• Ability to independently handle tasks and assignments
