Your Role:

  • Execute sourcing process of Indirect materials & services for sites EMEA region, taking into consideration category strategy, quality requirements,  timeliness, customer orientation and costs

  • Lead suppliers contracts in order to improve total cost on Global contracts

  • Prepare workshops and support follow up

  • Negotiate and source through annual or multiyear agreements

  • Provide full contract/agreement packages

  • Obtain the best price, negotiating offers with the highest potential for savings/cost avoidance 

  • Implement pan-European and global contracts and achieve cost reduction and quality targets

  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators with selected suppliers

  • Leverage buying power and consolidate (reduce) number of suppliers

Your Background:

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree

  • Experience on similar position in Supply Chain Management

  • Fluent in English (other Language is valuable)

  • Good negotiation skills

  • Very good MS Office skills

  • Leadership skills

Additional requirements:

  • Experience in developing and negotiating contracts (Terms and Conditions)

  • Purchasing or manufacturing experience

  • Experience in international organization
