    Oxford University Press (OUP) is a department of the University of Oxford, which furthers the University’s objective of excellence in research, scholarship, and education by publishing worldwide.  OUP is a worldwide leader in the publishing of print and digital English Language Teaching materials.

    The English Language Teaching Division is looking for two enthusiastic and self-motivated Regional Coordinators to join our Polish team. As a Regional Coordinator, reporting to the Area Manager, you will be accountable for the overall results of a designated region within Poland. You will take responsible for effectively managing a team of Senior/ELT Consultants, planning and coordinating promotion and marketing activity within their region.

    Location: Flexible, within Southern/Central/Eastern Poland

    Key responsibilities will include:

    •  Management of a team including recruitment, performance management, staff coaching and development and managing under performance.  To set objectives for the team with the Area Manager.
    •  Planning and implementing a marketing programme, to promote OUP titles as to ensure that local distributor/the OUP group can meet their annual target.
    •  To collaborate with our distributor and their team members in your territory in order to ensure the best interests of OUP are served, along with the delivery of efficient distribution throughout the region.
    • To ensure the implementation of OUP Polska's marketing strategy in the region, in order to ensure its strongest possible position in the market.
    • To collaborate effectively with the wider OUP UK teams and OUP Polska management.


    The ideal candidates will possess the following experience and qualities:

    • Degree level education
    • Excellent command of English, and excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Experience in sales/marketing
    • Experience of managing a team will be an important asset
    • Full clean driving licence
    • Understanding of needs of teachers and learners or relevant market area (international schools, academic institutions)
    • Teaching experience desirable.
