Your responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, implement and review annually strategies as part of the business planning process in the region

  • Be responsible for achieving annual targets

  • Ensure high quality of services delivered to JLL clients and that all project work is delivered on time to satisfaction of the client and in adherence to contractual obligations

  • Further develop the capability of the Building Consultancy and Project Management teams to undertake new instructions and promote the range of services offered

  • Meet with existing and new clients, develop strong relationships and secure new instructions

  • Support cross-selling activities with other JLL department, thus promoting the ‘OneJLL’ approach

  • Manage the team of project managers and construction professionals

  • Motivate, lead and support the development of the team members

  • Attend business development events and conferences as a speaker/ expert

  • Comply with the JLL Code of Ethics

Our requirements

  • Professional leader with proven track of people management and coaching skills

  • 10+ years of adequate experience in running a successful team in the project management or construction fields

  • Outstanding communication & Client management skills

  • Hunger to further develop the business and its reputation in the given region

  • Motivated, energetic to maintain the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

  • Relevant civil engineering, architecture or HVAC engineering degree to oversee and/or take the lead in all aspects of delivery

  • Strong ethical principles

  • Native Polish and fluent in English

  • Relevant professional licence will be an advantage
