Your responsibilities

  • Devise the long-term strategy for your region, working hand to hand with the Poland GM and functional heads, and leveraging HQ resources towards your objectives
  • Be accountable for business performance in nearly half of Poland’s geographical area, ensuring market leadership in your region and complying with ambitious growth and profitability plans
  • Lead and grow a team of area managers and their direct reports, who will be the executors of your strategy (team of +15 people)
  • Have full P&L responsibility
  • Hire top talent, help them perform and inspire them to grow
  • Be prepared to take quick data-driven actions with limited historic available, and be flexible to change course if needed
  • Lead by example by being incredibly truth seeking, making data-driven decisions, and setting the high standards for your team

Our requirements

  • You have +8 years of experience in consulting / business development / start-up or similar, including 3+ years managing cross-functional teams and working with senior management, with a strong track record of excellent performance.
  • Strong P&L management skills
  • Ability to work with remote teams through clear and concise communication
  • Ability to balance swift pace of execution with attention to detail
  • You’re solution-oriented, and don’t take no for an answer. You have a can-do attitude and you thrive in an unstructured environment, with limited resources and working under very tight deadlines
  • You have an ambition that makes some people think you're crazy while inspiring others. You've got a good judgment but own up to your mistakes
  • You have an analytical profile and can think strategically. Using data for decision-making is part of your day to day.
  • You’re goal-oriented, team player, and have an owner mentality
  • Proficiency in English is a must
