For our client – multinational provider of AI solutions for sales / e-commerce industry – we’re looking for an experienced financial controller. Our client is a pioneer and innovative organization with several locations around the world. Due to further dynamic growth finance team is expanding with the rest of the company.
Hired candidate will be responsible for supporting all entities. Your main goals will be: speed up reporting deadlines; ensure that reports are accurate and valuable for management. You can choose to work 100% remotely or in hybrid model (office is based in heart of Wrocław).
Scope of duties:
- Beeing responsible of all accounting and reporting for numer of legal entities.
- Close cooperation with accounting and finance team.
- Close cooperation with non-finance teams to understand the business and provide value added solutions for all entities and company in general.
- Managing reporting processes.
- Ensuring improvements and optimizations are rapidly and accurately implemented.
- Day-to-day controlling activites, including cost controlling, new projects and acquisitions analysis.
- Supporting IT and finance during new solutions and systems implementation.
- Month-end close: review cut-off, balance sheet & P&L reconciliations.
- Provide accurate local balance sheet for consolidation.
- Provide analysis of P&L, balance sheet and cash for your legal entities.
- Local compliance (taxes, social benefits, local filings.) with support from our local tax advisors.
- Experience within fast changing and/or rapidly growing company.
- Experience as a financial controller in IT / new technologies / e-commerce industry.
- Experience in regional role will be an advantage.
- Higher education.
- Well developed interpersonal skills and experience with cooperating with business;
- „Hands on” attitude;
- The ability to draw logical conclusions and provide insigthful information – you’ll be treat as a business partner which means you’ll have a real impact on business and further company’s development;
- Very good command of English is a must; other languages will be an advantage (especially German, French, Dutch).

- Salary range: 12 000 – 14 000 PLN gross.
- 100% remote work or hybrid model (office based in heart of Wrocław).
