Your responsibilities
Lead projects which require highly skilled resources, e.g. US GAAP reporting/conversion, due diligence work based on agreed procedures, etc.;
Manage and lead a team, engage and support each team member, developing the strategies to ensure the team executes against their targets and objectives;
Maintain relationship with clients’ management (i.e. decision maker);
Review deliverables to key clients;
Develop new business opportunities in line with company objectives;
Identify and optimize sales opportunities, using market knowledge of and competitors;
Analyze market opportunities and develop market share statistics for business development;
Identify opportunities for cross-selling of TMF services;
Prepare proposals for new/existing clients;
Monitor and control the billing, debt recovery and credit control actions in the Department;
Work as part of a deal team to achieve the best customer experience and response;
Attend conference and seminars for networking and development purposes.
Our requirements
Degree holder with full recognized accounting qualification;
A minimum of 15+ years relevant experience in CPA firms or multinationals, preferably experience in Big 4 or professional service firms with minimum 8 years in a managerial role;
Professional qualification in CA or CPA;
Ability to analyze customer specific demands and translate into customer specific solutions;
Superior command of written and spoken English;
Self-motivated and able to collaborate and to get results in a matrix environment;
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills;
Experience in leading, managing and developing teams to achieve and surpass given targets;
Ability to build positive relationships with clients at all levels
Extensive proven experience within the market, with personal market credibility, a solid network, and an interest in TMF services.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Regional Head you will be looking after delivery teams and client operations across the Accounting Tax service line. You will be leading a big team of circa 300 people under 5 direct reports, each leading A&T function within their respective market. This person will report directly into the Head of EMEA and the Global Head of Accou nting Tax and will be responsible for team’s performance, driving pivotal initiatives aligned with the company’s objectives and goals.
You will work closely with manageme nt teams to ensure efficient and effective cooperation across different divisions and the quality of services performed to clients. Services include accounting and tax compliance (e.g income tax, GST, corporate tax, FBT PAYG). Setting goals, objectives a nd strategies for the department and its business development is one crucial element of the role.
