This is a newly created position with the responsibility of delivering key HR projects across Europe (mainly in Poland, but also in UK, France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Sweden), enabling business to understand the HR metrics for the organization and how these can be used to provide more proactive HR support.

 

Client Details

Our client is a global company from the manufacturing sector with one shared service center in the structures. The Group needs an additional person to strengthen their regional structures within HR. They would like to recruit someone who will contribute with own competencies and fulfill a role of a Regional HR Business Partner in Europe.

Description

  • Work collaboratively with others to understand their requirements and how you can offer support, highlighting any areas, of improvement for the business and making suggestions in line with best practice,
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy,
  • Create and execute learning and development strategies and programs for the assigned locations,
  • Support organizational changes within business unit by providing HR expertise on promotions/lateral moves, creating new positions (job descriptions, job evaluations, structure placement),
  • Overall Europe responsibility for designing and providing timely and accurate HR customized reports, metrics and KPI's to support the business requirements,
  • Coordinate the annual compensation and benefits processes, specifically the bonus and merit reviews together with the Group HR team,
  • Monitor statuses for open recruitments,
  • Engage in budgeting,
  • Conduct, analyze and propose actions based on exit interviews in respective business unit,
  • Manage HR related questions from employee,
  • Deployment of different HR processes and projects for dedicated business unit's employees, covering Employer Branding, C&B, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition.

 

Profile

  • University degree in corresponding field,
  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR area,
  • Highly desired is past international exposure and understanding of cultural differences,
  • Understanding of topics related to payroll (compensations, benefits, taxes),
  • Good case practices of implementing HR policies and ethical codes,
  • Ability to get along with diverse personalities, while remaining tactful, professional and flexible,
  • Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously,
  • IT literacy (MS Office, especially Excel),
  • English language knowledge for professional verbal and written communication.
