Guide GSK managers to the right policy, prove additional support on policy interpretation, support them to self-serve and find relevant information via knowledge articles and the Keep Growing Campus;
Coach, support and provide advice to line managers on day to day people management concerns to build business wide ER capability;
Identify opportunities for proactive ER interventions and education;
Manage assigned cases and all stakeholders in line with Global ER KPI’s and defined ways of working;
Contribute to regional and global ER projects and continuous improvement work as identified by the ERC team project plans, with clear objectives, milestones and dependencies;
Support the ERC delivery of wider Global People Services programs;
Understand and champion the People Services Model;
Management of the Mandatory Training HR process for GBI EU;
Guiding managers to the right policy and providing additional support on policy interpretation for other HR policies, e.g. Discipline & Grievance.
Min. 1-2 years of the HR experience in a close or similar role (ideally gained in an HR environment of the international company, supporting multiple business units);
Fluent English language, both written and spoken;
Another European language would be desirable, e.g. French, German, Spanish or Italian;
Demonstrated management of Employee Relations cases, coaching and contracting with managers developing options and recommendations for resolution
Excellent relationship management, interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence;
Ability to exercise good judgement and initiative in managing risk and finding solutions.
High level of expertise in standard MS Office software;
Experience with Workday (other HR systems) as well as with Power BI would be an asset.

Currently we are recruiting a candidate for the role of Regional HR Specialist, Employee Relations. The purpose of this role is to provide a high quality, excellent and consistent service within the Employee Relations team to deliver end-to-end support to GSK employees, HR Teams and Line Managers across multiple locations. It is also an opportunity to contribute to regional and global ER projects and continuous improvement work as identified by the ERC team project plans.
