Regional Information Security Coordinator
Workplace: Warszawa

Key Responsibilities:

In this role you are coordinating the implementation of global and local information security measures, projects and processes according to business needs and in line with the standards from Corporate IT & Digitalization.

  • Work directly with the local organisations to identify upcoming threats and risks with regards to information security 
  • Collaborate with the central function in the constant development of the enterprise security programme
  • Make sure that IT standards, policies, procedures and tools are properly rolled out and implemented in the Region
  • Ensure that periodic assessments are performed to determine security and privacy maturity levels in the Region
  • Direct and guide implementation of data privacy requirements in line with GDPR requirements in the Region
  • Cyber Security:
    • ensure that processes are in place to detect and to timely respond to cyber incidents
  • Business Continuity
    • define Business Continuity requirements for regional Business Processes
    • establish recovery plans for critical regional or local IT infrastructure
  • Create awareness about information security, be an advocate for the organisation’s information security needs and communicate continuously to the employees as well as to the management in the Region
  • Realize synergies and streamline the regional IT security and data privacy organization

Your Profile:

  • Cyber security expertise and at least 2 years experience in IT security or risk management
  • High level of personal integrity
  • Energetic, engaging and collaborative personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Willingness to travel (20-30%)
  • Excellent English skills
