    Regional Junior Controlling Specialist

    Regional Junior Controlling Specialist contributes to the execution of sales and profitability targets established by Bridgestone Sales East Europe by supporting Regional Finance Controller in providing various reports and analysis to the regional management. He/She supports budgeting, forecasting and cost control processes.

    Main tasks:

    • Extracts sales and profitability data from various accounting and information systems, elaborate it in order to present it in the informative way, including some preliminary analyses of business data
    • Assembles and/or formats data reports with the use of various advanced software applications
    • Supports Finance Controller in preparations of various periodical management reports (eg. business KPIs, month to date sales and GP analysis etc.)
    • Collects and elaborates various data on customers financial situation, in order to support sales and finance in customer relations
    • Supports Finance in sales and profitability estimations
    • Provides and input for different types of sales and profitability analysis i.e. business unit, product group, channel, customer
    • Participates in preparation of periodic sales and profitability presentations
    • Prepares various ad-hoc reports
    • Support finance and sales in forecasting processes in the whole regional organization
    • Elaborates tools useful in the forecasting and budgeting processes
    • Supports sales and finance in budgeting process, provides various reports, provides the input in the reporting tools
    • Assists in the development and maintenance of budget monitoring systems
    • Collects and elaborates data in order to control sales accruals
    • Collect and elaborates data in order to control opex accruals
    • Uses available tools in order to improve opex control and increase fix costs efficiency


    We are looking for an individual with University background (Finance, Economics, Mathematics or similar) and 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role. Candidate should be self-driven with a strong work ownership attitude. He/she needs to be focused on data accuracy. Willingness to learn is key.
