Your responsibilities

  • Supporting Shipco Europe Administration Department in everyday duties

  • Cooperation with overseas offices and agents

  • Preparing and creating statistics and reports in Excel

  • RFQ handling & quotations towards customers

Our requirements

  • Very good English (speaking and writing)

  • Advanced computer skills: MS Office especially Excel, Microsoft O365, Teams

  • University graduate or during studies

  • We are looking for a highly organized person with excellent time-management skills and proactive approach. Open-minded, meticulous and with analytical skills

  • Experience in transport and shipping industry is preferable but not a must
