Your responsibilities

  • Works closely with the EMEAI Projects Manager, as well as site, area and regional engineering leads

  • Collaborates with global teams to improve standardization, taking best practice into the EMEAI region

  • Assists with the budget planning process; with collecting and coordinating strategic initiatives for budget planning

  • Compiles and prepares monthly and quarterly reports and ad hoc reports based on the corporate, division, business and functional requirements

  • Analyzes engineering data from various sources

  • Develops innovative ways to improve reporting capabilities

  • Assists with streamlining reports and data accuracy across systems

  • Provides training and coaching on various systems and reports

  • Creates flow charts, templates and procedures to document current and new processes

  • Assists with tracking milestones for key initiatives

  • Assists with advancing SharePoint and Teams pages to improve collaboration and communication

  • Collects user feedback and identifies improvement opportunities

  • Gathers and organizes engineering data to aid the teams with continuous improvement projects

  • Executes continuous improvement through transactional lean and participates on special projects as needed

  • Demonstrates an understanding of fundamental engineering principles

  • Ability to escalate issues to the appropriate subject matter expert in a timely manner

  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate

  • Evaluate, explain and present issues clearly and in a professional, diplomatic and timely manner

  • Has strong presentation skills

The principal objective is to accelerate accurate results of the performance of the site, area and regional engineering teams. This position will be responsible for accurate and timely reporting to enable decisions related to key engineering disciplines, capital and special project planning and execution. The Regional Project Administrator serve as a champion to align data systems, reports, metrics and tools across the regional engineering platform. This position is responsible to find innovative solutions to streamline systems, tools and processes to ensure continuous improvement in planning and execution.
