    Client Details

    Our client, a fast-growing start-up in the telecoms wholesale market, which operates across Poland from its base in Warsaw, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Account Manager to drive customer acquisition. The company builds, operates and wholesales a regional fibre broadband network in 13 areas across Poland.

    This position requires travel across Poland (warmińsko-mazurskie, kujawsko-pomorskie, łódzkie, świętokrzystkie) with one day a week in Warsaw.



    • Developing relationships with a portfolio of company clients to convince them to use the company's infrastructure and services

    • Lead generation using your background in sales to deliver results in line with the Management Board's Business Plan

    • Managing and expanding the relationships with the existing customer base

    • Analyzing key customer needs and requirements and turning this into proposals for the company portfolio expansions
    • Accountability to resolve issues and problems faced by customers
    • Preparation of regular progress reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders


    • A track record of minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales (Account) Manager role, preferably in a Wholesale function in the telecoms or utility sector
    • Ability to work autonomously and close sales contracts quickly and with mutual benefits

    • Strong understanding of the sales process and experience in providing solutions based on customer needs

    • An understanding of the SME's market in the telco industry

    • Knowledge of FTTH GPON technology and services will be an advantage

    • Fluency in English, Polish

    • Strong problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills

    • Readiness to travel across Poland

    • College degree or equivalent
