    Regional Sales Specialist

    Reference Number: Sales Poland


    • Increasing and managing the order volume within the assigned region
    • Conduct customer orientated consulting with a focus on finding, developing and closing projects
    • Develop and improve existing customer relationships and a subscription sales model
    • Establishing new customer relations
    • Active participation and organization of marketing/customer events, including delivery of product presentations during events like trade shows, conferences and seminars
    • Preparation of commercial offers, negotiating discounts for instruments
    • Reporting line to Sales Leader Poland


    • University degree in applied sciences (chemistry, physics, biology) or related education
    • Native knowledge of Polish language, fluent command of English in speech and in writing
    • Knowledge of analytical instrumentations and solutions
    • Strong customer and commercial focus
    • Preferred 4 years of experience in sales of related products (investment goods) or as Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, or as researcher/active instruments’ user in a scientific or commercial laboratory (preference on main Universities),
    • Knowledge of public procurement law
    • Self-starter and fast-learner
    • Must be professional and ethical with high integrity
    • Sense of urgency, and an absolute commitment in achieving goals
    • Good written and verbal communication skills with a variety of audiences
    • Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Desired: Experience with CRM software
